Our basic fitness and health training is aimed at all fitness and health trainers in studios and in personal training. The eight-hour training is divided into a theoretical part (40 percent) and a practical part (60 percent).
Theory: The four pillars of BALL ance Dr. Tanja Kühne®, BALL ance balls and their functional, individual adaptation to the spine, kyphosis (brief insight into physiology and anatomy), indications / contraindications, possible uses in fitness, sport and prevention, benefits for the trainer or the studio, intensity of the BALL ance exercises, implementation, communication and marketing
Practice: 20 exercise options for the thoracic spine, exercises for the hips, sacroiliac joint and lumbar spine, shoulders, neck and cervical spine.
Each participant can use BALL ance Dr. Tanja Kühne® directly after the training and, after passing the exam, receives the diploma “Trainer according to BALL ance Dr. Tanja Kühne®” including certification (by email).
