Our master training is aimed at all fitness and health trainers who have completed the basic fitness & health training for at least six months and want to receive more in-depth information and a larger pool of exercises. The one-day training (eight hours) is divided into a theoretical part (20 percent) and a practical part (80 percent).
The exercises in this master training are carried out according to the so-called BALL ance DUO effect: simultaneous tension and relaxation reinforce each other. Thanks to the activation of the antagonist, the adjusted spine and joints are gently stabilized. A higher number of exercise variations provides additional motivation and reaches new target groups.
After passing the exam, each participant receives (by email) the diploma “Master Trainer according to BALL ance Dr. Tanja Kühne®” (without exam) including certification.
